Gillian grew up on the outskirts of London, with a large suburban garden. She showed a passion for gardening from a young age. She even appeared in her local newspaper age 7 showing off her home grown fruit and vegetables.

 

She has a BA Hons in Fashion and Textiles and worked in the buying / design industry for over 20 years. She also studied Architecture and interior design, plus Garden Design, Plants and Planting at Capel Manor.

 

She currently works as a designer developing and transforming interiors and gardens. Her architectural background means she has knowledge of construction and a great love for an architectural style of planting.

 

Gillian works from her office in Camden, taking on new projects and clients, mostly in North London.
