Mayfair Makeover

In the basement courtyard of this flat, the outside space was unloved and unused. We replaced a small , unfashionable metal table and chair  with a large inviting corner sofa, a table, bold cushions, an outdoor rug to cover the unattractive drain cover. We added planters with shade tolerant plants to hang down over the high walls. This made the space more attractive and more user friendly.
