Redesign the rear of Capel House into an informal landscape incorporating UK ‘at risk’ habitats, including a hay and wildflower meadow, pond, bog garden, heritage fruit tree orchard, bee and butterfly garden with year-round nectar plants, and native hedgerows to support birds and pollinators. Existing planting can be removed, except for mature trees. Include a paved area in an asymmetrical or formal style connected to the house, with seating and tables for 50 people to support food provision.
